Please take note

• The admission form must be completed with all required details.
• Required documents must be provided for the application to be considered.
• The form and documentation may be emailed to the school or delivered as hard copies.
• Forms are also available at school for parents or guardians to complete in person.
• All applications are submitted to the Admissions Committee for approval.
