SCHOOL FEES

1. FINANCIAL MATTERS

SCHOOL FEES FOR 2022
Please take note that at the Annual General meeting, parents agreed that the School fees for 2022 will increase by 10%. Below is the new fee structure as follows:

Grade R	R 1045.00 @ 11 months =	R 11500.00
Foundation Phase	R 1083.50 @ 11 months =	R 11920.00
Senior Primary Phase	R 1083.50 @ 11 months =	R 11920.00

SCHOOL FEE DISCOUNTS:
• Fees paid prior to or on 31 March 2021, 10% discount (R1192.00) - R1150.00
• Fees paid prior to or on 30 April 2021, 7.5% discount (R894.00) - R862.50
• Fees paid prior to or on 31 May 2021, 5% discount (R596.00) - R575.00
• Fees paid prior to or on 30 June 2021, 2.5% discount (R298.00) - R287.50
• Monthly payments must be made prior to the 07th of each month;
• Payment for January can be made on the first school day. The second payment will be due by the 7th of February thereafter, monthly payments until the 07th of November 2022;
• Deposits should preferably be made directly into the school’s bank account.

2. EXEMPTIONS

• Subsidies do not apply to the Pre-Primary and Grade R classes, as Pre-Primary and Grade R education is not compulsory.
• Should you not be able pay the school fees, you are advised to call the school to make an appointment with the Bursar, Ms K Naicker (All the relevant documentation will have to be submitted)
• You will be assisted to complete the application for exemption. Each case will be considered individually and on its merit.
• If you get retrenched during the year, and your financial situation changes, proof must be submitted to the Bursar.
• New exemption forms will then have to be completed and submitted.
• Kindly note you do not Qualify automatically for an exemption.
• You will have to Re-apply each year

3. NEW ENROLMENTS

Kindly note that an initial deposit of R3000.00 is payable upon admission. This amount will be deducted from the school fee for the year. This also lowers the monthly repayments.

4. RE-ADMISSIONS

Please take note that:
• A deposit of R3000.00, must be paid on or before the 31.03.2022.
• This amount will be deducted from your school fees.
• Irrespective, of whether you apply for an exemption or not, you will have to pay the R3000.00.
• Should you have any further queries regarding this matter, kindly call the school to make an appointment with the bursar to discuss this matter further.
