Please take note:

  • The admission form must be completed with ALL the required details.
  • The required documents must be provided in order for the application to be considered
  • The admission form, as well as all the required documentation may either be emailed to school or hard copies may be brought in by the parent/guardian to school.
  • The admission forms are also available at school. Parents/Guardians may come in with all the required documents and fill in the admission form at school.
  • All applications will be submitted to the Admissions Committee for approval.
